My husband and I met Ghislaine as we were beginning a search for a maintenance provided villa. Our large family home was not yet on the market. Ghislaine was representing a builder in an area of new homes under construction. We visited the model and she was very helpful, patient and professional in explaining the features of the home and the plans to finish building in the development. It was at least 18 months from when we first met Ghislaine to putting our home up for sale. We continued to visit the development and she kept us informed on progress of units being built and real estate market factors as time went by. We found her to be knowledgeable, consistent and respectful. We eventually sold our home and Ghislaine pointed us to a spec home that was just being completed.
