Other things to take note of is that Diriamba is close to the beaches of Carazo specifically Huehuete and La Bocita. Also La Colonia grocery store just opened up a large store that is 5 minute drive, and 2 minute drive to the local market, and 10 drive to Sinsa the Ace Hardware type of store.
Managua can be reached in less than 40 minutes via the new 4 lane highway towards Leon. Granada can be reached in 45 minutes also on a new 4 lane highway to Nandiame.
