We where very fortunate to be invited by Rene Sandigo to visit the revamped menu for Hotel Real La Merced breakfast prepening tests.
Well in our opinion the presentation of the omelete and taste was marvelous. Provided a few suggestions and we look forward to soft opening in September. It’s always risky to open a restaurant however we feel that this new menu and ownership will certainly benefit the guests of the hotel as well as general consumers.
We wish Rene, staff and family lots of success in this new venture.
